Ever since Harrison was born he would do this really funny penguin pose whenever we put him on hit tummy. He didn't cry just didn't like his arms and legs down. It cracks me up.
This was Harrison's first experience with our fire pit. He loved it!!! And I love his cute hat!!

Girls night out on Memorial Day
Matt and Tori moved up to Logan over Memorial Day weekend. We helped them move boxes out of the trucks and into the house.
On Monday we had a small BBQ and went to the park to practice batting.
Monday night Randy took Brad turkey hunting with Uncle Matt so the girls went to a movie. We had a great time giggling at Claire's funny comments.
It will be fun to have a bit of family living up in Logan with us.
Black and White Days Weekend
Randy's siblings joined us again for Black and White Days this year. (Except Lance and Kendra...we missed you) First things first...gotta get the golf cart running for the season.
Hanging out at the park waiting for Brad to perform jump rope.
Brad wanted to spray his hair like usual for the day.
Brad did the pie eating contest. He didn't win this year but he still loved wolfing down a treat.
Get used to it Harrison... this is just how it is going to be.
After the park we headed to main street for the parade. Claire learned quick that waving and yelling equaled more candy.
Brad passing with his jump rope group
The boys had more fun collecting candy than the little kids.
After the parade we had a BBQ at our house with some friends. After dinner we competed in a corn hole tournament The winner (Mr. Haws) took home a 6 foot trophy that we found at a garage sale. I am sure Mrs. Haws is so proud.
Little Rascals Preschool Graduation
Claire's teacher Mrs. Jaci did such a great job with her graduation. They had a cute presentation where they gave parts and sang songs they had learned.
I can't believe how fast this last year has gone for Claire. She seems like such a big girl. She is so smart and loves to please her teacher. She catches on to things so quickly. I am so proud of her and her accomplishments. Way to go peanut!!!!
A Dream is a Wish
Claire's Spring Dance recital was beautiful. She did such a great job. She is such a good little dancer. Her teacher moved her up with the older girls because she was catching on so quickly and thought she could do a harder routine.
Smithfield Parade
Claire's dance company got to participate in the Smithfield parade. She loved it. She said her favorite part was throwing candy.
When she passed us she was unwrapping candy and eating it. I am not sure how much candy she actually threw out!!!
Where did may go???
I know where it went!!! We have been held captive in our basement every waking hour.
We have been working like crazy trying to get the basement finished. I was so happy when the painting phase was over. I was getting sick of cleaning paint out of my hair and nose. We used a sprayer that went much faster (thank goodness)... but I still HATE painting.
Almost done!!!
Randy's Birthday (May 3rd)
For Randy's Birthday Breakfast the kids and I made him his favorite egg burritos, and his favorite German marble cake. I hope he enjoyed it because I hate making this cake. It is labor intensive and I don't think it tastes that good. Maybe that is why he likes it... I wont eat it so he has it all to himself.
Happy Birthday!!! We love you.
Mr. H
6 months old
14 pounds
5% for height and weight (Yea!! We made it on the growth chart!)
Easter
The night before Easter Melissa and I colored eggs with the kids.
It was nice to spend Easter Morning with our little family.
After church we headed to Salt Lake to have dinner with my family. Steven and Kari did Navajo Tacos. Then Steven and Aaron made batter and started deep frying everything they could find in mom's pantry and fridge. We trying some pretty interesting things.
