Randomness...

I found this note in Brad's Backpack and had to share. He wrote it to his Kindergarten teacher Mrs. Burningham

Translation:
I love you
I the...(? not sure he gets distracted easily)
This is lots of fun
I love everybody
I have a lots of stuff in my brain

This last weekend we went to SLC to hang out with our families. We left early Saturday morning so the boys could go golfing. We must have brought Cache Valley's climate with us because Sandy got 6 inches of snow. I was hoping to bust out my flip flops since everyone else has been raving about the balmy weather in SLC. Oh well. While the boys were gone I took the kids to Chili's with Myrna, Kamie and Tori. Brad said he was having a great "bacation" so far. I think it is cute that he calls a trip to SLC a vacation.

In the afternoon we went to Desert Star Playhouse in Murray to see the Twilight Spoof. We laughed a lot...mostly at each other. After the play we ended up at my parents house for dinner and desert. We laughed there too.

On Sunday we spent the day with Randy's family. I let Brad have the camera and he documented every second of the day. I have hundreds of pictures. Everyone is lucky I didn't post the extreme close ups he took. I have a picture of someone's nostril. I don't know who it was but I hope they didn't get injured by having a camera rammed up their nose. Randy's mom made a Texas sheet cake and an oatmeal cake then Kamie brought ice cream and homemade chocolate sauce. I had desert 4 times on Sunday and it was worth every calorie.

Monday morning we went and saw Dr Shakula for Brad's yearly exam. Everything looked great. He is still in the 100% for height and only 60% for weight. Height vs. weight only the 5%. He is still a bean pole. He was mortified to have to pee in a cup. He got potty shy. I don't get it...he pees all over the yard, all over the toilet seat, piddles on the bathroom floor, and when we are camping the whole forest is his urinal. He couldn't squeeze out one little drop.

This weeks weather has been so mild. We are finally catching up with Salt Lake forecasts. The snow is almost all gone. With the snow melting comes the mud. Our kids are in heaven. It is so nice to have something to entertain them. You can only play Candy-land so many times during one winter. It gives me camping fever.

looks like you had tons of fun! Isn't it great when your kids get so excited to go down to grandma's? And good luck with the mud! I hope they don't track in to much!

Dillan couldn't pee in a cup either. He finally got out one, literally, drop. Looks like a fun 'vacation'. We really need to get together. Dillan always talks about his friend that he doesn't ever see.

Peeing in a cup at dr. shakula's is a JOKE! My least favorite thing ever. Jenna cries....and she's SEVEN!
As for Desert Star with ALL of the Reimann's, I can't even imagine.
