I have really enjoyed canning. It is so gratifying to put something in a bottle then hear the lid pop telling me that is has properly sealed ready to consume in a month or 5 months or just whenever I feel like using it.
I have made just about everthing I could with peaches.
-Peach Jam
-Peach Raspberry jam
- Sliced Peaches
- Peach Butter Jam
Anyone interested can come join me with a spoon and just eat the stuff plain!!!! I love peaches.

I'm impressed, I've only done grape juice this year, and I only did 12 quarts. I need to find some time to come up and see your cute house. I feel like it has been forever since I've seen you!
i was thinking how wonderful it was that caselot has started at macey's. never in my wildest dreams do i think i will can! you are amazing me!!! i'm just going to buy mine. lazy and not nearly as fun, i know.
