Uncle Mike's Cabin August 2011

For our Reimann reunion we went to Uncle Mike's Cabin in Monte Cristo. When I was little we went there all the time. It used to be my grandpa Gailey's cabin. I have the best memories from this cabin.







We were only there 5 seconds and the kids were filthy!!










It was nice to relax and play games. The kids entertained each other and played outside ALL day.



Randy made marshmallow shooters with PVC pipes. It kept the kids entertained. It also kept all the uncles entertained as well.





The kids went on a hike guided by Kirsten. They came back saying they were totally lost...we could see them the whole time. It made us laugh.



The most entertaining part of the cabin was the tree swing. Everyone got a kick out of swinging or watching others swing.

My parents made dutch oven ribs and potatoes...the best part was the cobbler with whipped cream.





It was a fun trip. We missed Steven and Kari...it just wasn't the same without them.
