These are the top 10 things that Brad loves about his daddy

1- I like to play with him on the slide
2- I like to watch Jazz games with him
3- I like it when he cooks food for us
4- I like to watch cartoons with him
5- I like to work on the truck with daddy
6- I like to hug my daddy
7- I like to eat cold cereal with my dad
8- I love it when he takes us camping
9- I like it when dad comes home from work
10- I like to get the mail with my dad

These are (but not limited to) the 10 things that I love about Randy

1-Randy is my best friend. I know that is a cliché, but he really is. No one knows me like he does. No one has seen my evil side either. I appreciate him putting up with me and my ups and downs. I love to just lie in bed at night and just talk his ear off. I love to spend time with him.

2- Randy is a fantastic father. Randy is not afraid to get down and play with his kids. He is so cute with them. Bradley is absolutely obsessed with his dad.

3- Randy is so motivated. He can’t sit still. I love that once he starts a project he will not rest until it is done. He works really hard.

4- Randy is not afraid to do housework. Randy does dishes, laundry, dusting….you name it he will do it. It is so nice to have help. I don’t even need to ask him. He just sees something that needs to be done and does it. It is amazing.

5- Randy is wicked smart. He flies through school and it all comes so easy to him. He remembers everything. (NOT ALWAYS A GOOD THING) He has a photographic memory. Good thing to…who is going to help our children with homework? I barely remember my times tables. It is really convenient when it comes to things around our house. If he has never done it before, he will read and learn how to do it or figure it out himself.

6- Randy is frugal. He is really smart with money. He has made it possible for us to have some fun things. He is really good and finding a good deal. Most of the things we own we practically stole. People know this about him and call him when they need something. He is usually willing to give them a hook up.

7- Randy has a close relationship with all of his brothers. He cares a lot about. They all lean on each other and do everything together. I hope it continues because I love having them around as well.

8- Randy is dashingly handsome. I am quite attracted to him. He is going to kill me for saying this but he has the cutest butt in the world!!! I love to walk behind him up a flight of stairs. It’s funny too because he has all of the confidence in the world. He is not afraid of anything. I wish I could be like that.

9- Randy has a great sense of humor. He can ease any tension by making me laugh. He delights in making me laugh especially when I am mad.

10- Randy is a good husband. He is a worthy priesthood holder. He has a great love and knowledge of the gospel. I am thankful for his testimony. He cares about people and their welfare. He is really good to me and my children.

Claire is growing out of her favorite swing. Well it is actually my favorite swing because it was the only thing that could soothe her when she would wail uncontrollably when she was an infant. It was worth every penny. She is now a much happier baby, thus making me a much happier mommy. She likes to swing still but she can reach the mobile and tries to rip them off. Plus the swing creaks and has difficulty holding her weight. Does anyone have any extra storage space???

I am hiring Brad out for extra work. Anyone need a good car wash? He also specializes in motorcycle detail. This week one of our neighbors is out of town and they asked him to pick up their mail. He wants to go there every 10 minutes to check the mailbox. I hope he always has this good work ethic.


Brad planted a Sunflower seed in preschool this week and I am quite impressed with how fast it is growing. I have NEVER had to nurture a plant from scratch. I have quite a black thumb. Wish me luck so I don’t kill it. I think Brad would be devastated if that happened.

Our friends Andrea and Kyle had their sweet baby last night. Congrats to them. Welcome little Cambree Marie Campbell.
